Impact Fest is a yearly large international meet-up with the motto ‘doing good and doing business’. BlueBlocks shared insights on perspectives in a circular economy for food systems. Part of this public talk was about the zero waste food webs by design – to valorise all residual material and food surplus in the form of new biomaterials and sustainable product design.
